For PBS Station Pledge Drive Sales

All PBS station pledge drive premium sales are final except for product with a manufacturing defect. Product with a manufacturing defect can be returned for a full refund (not including shipping and handling) within 60 days from the date of purchase.

For all other sales

No returns or refunds once the shrink wrapping on the package is opened unless the DVD has a manufacturing defect. No returns can be accepted after 60 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund shipping and handling costs at this time.
